Prepare the Suede: Brush off any loose dirt and dust using a soft suede brush to prepare the surface for cleaning.
Apply the Cleaner: Shake the bottle of R.M. Williams Suede Cleaner and apply a small amount onto a clean cloth or directly onto the suede. Gently rub the cleaner in a circular motion on the affected area.
Wipe Off Excess: Use a separate clean, damp cloth to wipe away any excess cleaner. Be careful not to saturate the suede.
Dry the Suede: Allow the suede to air dry naturally, away from direct heat sources or sunlight.
Brush for Finish: Once dry, use a suede brush to restore the texture and nap of the suede.

For online purchases, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery, such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery). In cases where a returned item(s) is damaged in transit to us or the item(s) fails to reach us, a refund or replacement will not be issued.
