Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days. If for any reason your item is not in stock it will be dispatched within 4-5 working days. We will contact you to let you know if there will be any further delay. If you require your order urgently or need a guaranteed next day delivery please contact us, and we’ll try our best to accommodate you.
All orders will be dispatched with Royal Mail, FedEx, Fastway Couriers (NI & ROI) or DHL.
Once dispatched, delivery time is usually 1-3 working days within the UK.
International orders from within the EU usually take 5-7 working days, the rest of Europe is around 7-9 working days. The rest of the world can be anywhere between 5-14 working days depending on country. Contact us if you would like to use our express delivery service for an extra fee. We use FedEx for Europe, Canada and USA shipments, and Royal Mail or DHL for all other international deliveries.
Delivery times are estimates and we cannot be held responsible for slow service from Royal Mail or any other carrier. We will assist in tracking your delivery down and every order sent out is insured for loss or damage.
Orders from non-EU countries have 20% VAT (tax) deducted at source when the country of delivery is selected on our website. For the Channel Islands, VAT is deducted at checkout when Guernsey or Jersey is selected.
Customers may incur some duty/tax payment on delivery, depending on import laws for your country. This fee is the responsibility of the customer. We will provide the relevant customs documentation/commercial invoice on the outside of the parcel.
