Terms & Conditions

1. The items must be identical, from the same manufacturer and have the same size, width, colour and sole type.
2. The alternative retailer must also be an approved or licensed supplier. We will not price match against auction sites, charity shops or private sellers.
3. The item must be available for delivery within the same timescales as www.robinsonsshoes.com.
4. A price match cannot be combined with any other offer, discount or promotion.
5. We cannot price match against items listed for sale in a country that supplier/brand agreements or other policies restrict us from selling to.
6. Total cost, including delivery and any other charges must be lower than www.robinsonsshoes.com to be considered for a price match.
7. If the discount is a private exclusive (eg email only/VIP club discount) please provide evidence of this discount when contacting us to enable us to verify the offer.
