The Stow is Tricker’s flagship country boot, known for its timeless style, brogue detailing, and rugged durability. Designed to transition seamlessly from rural landscapes to city streets, it features a classic 7-eyelet derby silhouette, a storm welt for weather resistance, and a fully leather-lined interior for added comfort and support.
This edition is made using Sign Kudu leather, a distinctive, waxy hide sourced as a by-product from free-roaming antelope in Southern Africa. Naturally marked by scratches and scars from thornbush grazing, each hide tells its own story-no two boots are alike. Over time, the leather develops a rich, personal patina that enhances the boot's character.
Handcrafted in Tricker’s historic Northampton workshop, every pair of Stow boots undergoes around 260 individual steps, reflecting nearly two centuries of shoemaking expertise (since 1829). Tricker’s is proudly one of the few shoemakers to hold a Royal Warrant, signifying quality and service fit for royalty.
Last: Made on the 4497S last, offering a generous yet supportive fit. Sizing runs true to UK standards.
Sole: Features a Ridgeway rubber sole, designed for grip and resilience across varied terrain, making it ideal for everyday and outdoor wear.
Construction: Goodyear welted for longevity and easy resoling, paired with a half-bellows tongue and storm welt to improve water resistance and structure.
